Fast Tactical Imagery Scan Converter

The FTISC-101 is a color scan converter developed and produced in support of an A/OA-10C program to convert analog RGB video to NTSC Composite.  The FTISC-101 accepts a video signal conforming to the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) Specification VG900602 for 800 X 600m 60Hz, non-interlaced RGB sync on green video, and outputs one composite video signal for recording.
